ABSTRACT
This paper evaluates how artificial intelligence (AI) drives plagiarism into post-plagiarism content development across Ghanaian scenarios. Through qualitative methods, the researcher obtained data through interviews and focus group discussions from three participant groups, including teachers, content creators and policymakers. Research shows that AI technology enables high-quality transformation through original content generation, which creates enhanced productivity by combining ethical solutions for its implementation. Research reveals that Grammarly and ChatGPT boost content standards and productivity levels. Still, Ghanaian officials struggle because of limited access, deficient technical expertise, and unaddressed concerns about AI solutions' ethics. The study identified three fundamental categories demonstrating AI's advantages to perceptions and established the barriers to AI implementation and regulatory criteria needed for deployment. AI-powered content development needs technological fixes and digital competence instruction to develop strong moral standards that can be used to produce content. The proposed solution aims to provide AI tools that are affordable and accessible, whereas schools will offer AI training, and followers must establish constructive engagements about the technology. Ghanaian content producers require these initiatives because they introduce worldwide ethical content principles and innovative approaches to content development.
